Our Gourmet Tuscany restaurant, a modern Evoo Restaurant in the fascinating Florentine countryside, a panoramic Tuscany hotel and restaurant in Bagno a Ripoli (via Roma, 588), overlooking the Chianti hills. Our menu is a sensual list of food's compositions enhanced by the excellent extra virgin olive oil we produce: meat, fish or pasta dishes chosen from the regional Tuscany culinary tradition are here revisited by innovative touches.
The Tuscany Restaurant "Al 588" is, for first, Giulia and her passionated staff, because only expert and passionate hands can transform typical flavors into feelings of well-being. The heart of our work is the person, his emotions and opinions, we like the idea of ​​accompanying each guest by hand through a journey towards the seventh heaven of taste. We believe that the most authentic luxury is the opportunity to live and share with the others exclusive experiences, without any need for mass tourism (indeed!) or exalting reviews: we discovered our Eden and we want to share it with you, in every dish.
We love to watch the stars and being inspired by them as by the traditional ingredients of Tuscany. We follow the seasons, we choose accurately only "farm to table" vegetables (they often grow directly in our garden). We cook and combine any recipe with the most appropriate organic olive oil, the one able to marry the aromas and smells of the preparation, serving it as a bouquet for a bride. The attention we pay to every detail is one of the reasons why many couples celebrate their wedding here, in a sensual oasis where foods can aim to represent people and not the other way round.
